Major global supplier of heavy machinery consumable products to the mining and construction industries has a permanent career opportunity for someone skilled and experienced in forklift operations, general warehousing and dispatch functions. This is a hands-on and relatively autonomous position and together with a small team you will be responsible for the receiving of goods, assist in the coordination of dispatches, inventory control, preventative maintenance checks on equipment and general warehousing administrations for high profile, high value products. You will be a vital member of a busy and progressive WA sales and distribution branch team and play a part in the ongoing growth and development of their warehousing and distribution operations. In addition to your warehousing and basic office administration duties, you will also be liaising directly and building relationships with internal sales/operations staff and external customer contacts. All you need is genuine job/industry motivation, a stable working history, relevant warehousing operations experience, be detailed oriented and well organized, have a flexible, positive work ethic and have confident interpersonal skills at all levels.
