What you will be doing
- To develop and implement strategies to grow the company's revenue
- Coach and develop the sales team to generate new and existing business
- Maximise revenue by effectively utilising/applying skills and talents of individual team leaders to specific tasks and projects
- Support Account Managers in building and maintaining client relationships and generating revenue
- Identify, develop, drive and deliver sales opportunities in the market
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly account management system reports, as well as a Monthly market review report
What you have to offer - Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Sales Management experience
- Proven agency and direct client account management experience
- Media experience, preferably in an online environment
- Knowledge of the digital landscape and its commercial/marketing benefits
- Product and industry knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office skills
