Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key duties will be to greet and assist customers, control stock levels, liaise with suppliers and assist the business to maximise commercial opportunities and customer/employee satisfaction. Your great communication skills will allow you to offer a variety of solutions to customers regarding their equipment and industrial products needs. Most importantly, our client is looking for an individual who wants to aim high and stand out from the rest.
The Candidate
• You will have a great customer service approach
• Demonstrate an understanding of over the counter sales in trade or retail
• Must be computer literate and have SAP experience
• The ability to cross sell and up sell
• Someone looking for ongoing personal growth
