This well respected and longstanding company have been in the industry for almost 50 years servicing the region with quality Agriculture and Machinery Products.

They pride themselves on their reputation for superior customer service and outstanding product quality within the regions they service. Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has opened up and they are currently searching for a proven, self motivated individual for the position of Branch Manager based in Scone overseeing the day to day operations of the branch.


CANDIDATE

The successful candidates will have one or more of the following attributes:

  • Strong business to business sales and branch operational experience.
  • Industry experience and farming knowledge (Agriculture / Machinery)
  • Solid understanding of Agricultural Farming practices
  • minimum 3 years experience as a Manager or 2IC, you must also have a sound knowledge of microsoft office systems.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be Responsible for the following tasks:

  • Honest, energised and down to earth
  • Ensure all direct reports act in accordance with the organisation's procedures, values, policies and meet business requirements at all times.
  • Promote the sale of new equipment and products (products include: compact utilities, commercial mowers, capital equipment)
  • Proactively seek and implement processes that will support the continued growth of the business sales & workshop segment
  • Day to day operations of the branch including but not limited to: presentation of premises, OH&S standards, identify manage and resolve customers /staff concerns and complaints.
  • Ensure regular performance reviews are being conducted and ongoing training and devlopment is implemented
  • In order to be successful for this role you will have great communications skills, be self motivated, thrive in challenging situations and comfortable with working autonomously as well as in a team

The Successful candidate will be rewarded with a Base Salary of 80 - 100K (neg for the right experience) + Superannuation + Car Allowance + benefits.
