Presently going through a major sales transformation we are looking for a high calibre sales director to lead a team of product sales specialists.

Job Description

In this critical position you will be responsible for leading a team who designs and integrates financial and commercial products into solutions that meets client's needs. You will focus on growth opportunities within the business to business channel and ensure the closure of deals both in a commercially profitable and timely way. The role will involve influencing and driving internal key stakeholders including coverage sales, operations and finance to ensure your deals progress to closure.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally from a Financial Service's background, you will have led teams of product sales specialists and executed significant product solutions into large business clients. You will possess strong commercial, negotiation and influencing skills and have the ability to use financial and market data to build solutions. You will have worked in complex environments and will have the ability to build and drive relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
