Job Description

This role focuses on driving new business to all aspects of the company, including retail, financial services, personal and business services, on-line and the logistics business. This role will be predominantly customer facing, targeting small to mid market clients in a territory. We require a hungry business developer who will chase down leads and convert them quickly.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing corporate clients in your territory.
  • Driving revenue through proactive business development.
  • Constructing and presenting client proposals, presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Managing pipeline and KPI's to ensure achievement of budgets.
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Achieving weekly face to face client meeting targets

The Successful Applicant

You will have a proven background in business to business. As an excellent communicator you will have the ability to build lasting relationships and develop quick rapport with a multitude of stakeholders within a variety of different businesses from receptionists to Warehouse Managers and General Managers to CEO's.

 

Additional attributes include:

  • Results motivated individual, driven by exceeding targets and earning commissions.
  • Superior time management and organisation skills are required.
  • A current and valid Drivers License is essential.
