To be eligible for this position you need: - Management experience, ideally of a small team of 3 - 6 team members.
- Drive for Sales, Excellence and sharing your passion for retail
- Natural ability to sell, learn product knowledge
- A 'coaching' style of management
- Experience with KPIs and retail financial
