- ASM or Managers experience in retail.
- Initiative to strengthen the current sales in store.
- Maturity in understanding retail procedures in store.
- The ability to understand how to enhance the customers experience in store.
- Flexibility.
- Exceptional presentation.
- A warm, genuine & attentive approach.
