A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and creative marketing professional to join an ASX listed brand working on their strong pipeline of projects.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maximising Regional financial performance by developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies
- Engagement of multiple stakeholders across the campaigns
- Driving implementation of PR strategies including community relations programs, events and sponsorships
- Tracking results of campaigns and reporting regularly
- Working collaborative with the project team and across the organisation.
Ideally you will have:
- A demonstratable track record in residential project marketing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in managing budgets and multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including CRM and website maintanence
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
