The company has major expansion plans and offer an 8/6 FIFO roster + 12% superannuation. There is a real team atmosphere and this way of working is highly encouraged. With multiple pits in operation you get to work in different areas and experience all aspects of geology. There is a strong emphasis on development and the company actively encourages people to push themselves to progress up the ranks. Successful candidates will require relevant tertiary qualifications in Geology and at least 2 years geology experience.
