They are now looking for a trainee technologist to assist them in this continual growth. Job Description This role will see you work across private label products for all non-food items, including Home & Entertainment, Apparel, Homecare, and Health & Beauty. You will be responsible for assisting with customer complaints across these areas, and then follow up with suppliers, collate and mail out customer returns samples, follow up with supplier certification - both technical and ethical with the supplier base. You will also assist with product testing and various day to day tasks. The Successful Applicant In order to be considered, you must be immediately available and demonstrate the following: - Knowledge of non-food products, with manufacturing experience preferred
- Chemical or Technical degree qualifications
- Quality systems management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience in a retail business environment or manufacturing
