Experienced knife hands, boners and trimmers are now required to apply for a very large and busy poultry processing plant located in the Northern suburbs.
You must be available for 30+ hours per week, working day shifts. You must also be able to process over 500 carcasses per day.
Previous de-boning experience is essential - ideally with poultry however experience with other meats would be acceptable.
