Reporting into the State Manager you will take full responsibility for manufacturing, purchasing, OH&S, quality and financial management across site. The key person will be expected to deliver the management and development of a highly focused team in order to achieve demanding Key Success Indicators. The successful candidate will have key responsibilities as: - Effectively manage and direct the operation of all manufacturing processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to management for daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing in all operational processes.
- Technical strong around communications and managing projects.
- Responsibility for continuous improvement and for delivering initiatives and projects on time and to budgets.

To be considered for this role you will need: - Degree or diploma in Science, Engineering or Technology.
- 5 years experience in managing teams within high volume, continuous process environments.
- Back ground in LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
- EBA experience.
- Possess the desire to share your skills and experiences with others.
- Demonstrated high levels of technical expertise in Project Management.
