The Role
This is a busy and growing team and the three recently appointed partners are looking for a new mid level lawyer to help expand the team. The work is high quality and will see you focus on providing comprehensive transactional and litigation focused competition advice on a diverse range of areas including cartel and misuse of market power prosecutions and civil litigation, access disputes, enforceable undertakings, class actions, merger clearances, regulation and its impact on new infrastructure developments, consumer, misleading and deceptive conduct and unfair contracts.
This is a fast paced, stimulating working environment and an opportunity for you to develop strong internal relationships.
The Successful Applicant
Given the complex nature of the work a strong academic background is essential together with sharp technical skills developed at leading competition practice. The ideal candidate will have around 2-4 years post admission experience, strong drafting skills and a commitment to service excellence.
