Our client sits within the top tier practices both in Perth and nationally and as such they are undertaking complex and high profile M&A work. They are seeking an additional 3-4 year M&A lawyer who has gained experience from a well regarded practice.
The position is to work alongside two market leading partners on a range of public and private M&A matters including domestic and cross-border matters for listed and unlisted companies.
The practice are keen to ensure that they offer their associates continued training and mentoring to ensure continued development. In addition, they are offering excellent salary and benefits.
