Supporting two highly renowned Partners and their team, your main responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating travel arrangements and seminars
- Preparing a high volume of PowerPoint presentations
- Working with the team on marketing and BD activities
- Billing
- Preparation of correspondence and legal documents
- Archiving
- Diary and email management
- Client liaison
To be successful in this role, you will have proven legal secretarial experience, be highly organised and have an eye for detail. You will enjoy working as part of a top performing team and using your full range of administrative skills. It is imperative for this role that you have advanced skills on MS Word and PowerPoint due to the involvement with the preparing of presentations.
