We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead a team of 6 Test Analysts in this exciting role with a recognised national company. The company offers exceptional opportunity and challenges; IT systems are core to the success of the business and there is a really healthy project portfolio of work to keep you busy, including new applications on the drawing board to be built. The Test Manager we are looking for will have: - experienced ‘program level test management’
- experience performing a ‘test process improvement (TPI)’ in a testing environment, and implemented improvement
- ideally, come from a development background and moved through project management into Testing, which is now your passion
- experience with scope, schedules and resources
- managed Test Analysts and Test Automation Engineers
- a strong technical knowledge of Quality Centre (Versions 10 and 11) and Quicktest Pro (Opportunity to learn and further implement ‘HP Application Lifecycle Management’ testing environment)
