Service Desk Coordinator

Perth
We have an immediate requirement for a Service Desk Coordinator for a 6 month contract position with a global energy and resources organisation. Based in Perth CBD offices, this is an excellent career-building opportunity to be a part of some of the state's most high-profile projects. The position will involve the maintenance and delivery of IS services (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Managed Print Services, AV/Video Conferencing Services) and the supervision and performance reviews of contractors and vendors providing these services. It will also include the undertaking of quality improvement practices, customer engagement on the delivery of services, and a high awareness and involvement in safety initiatives and programs. You MUST be able to demonstrate: * Previous experience in a similar Service Desk Coordinator/Team Lead position * Mining, engineering, energy and/or resources industry experience is preferred * Proven experience leading or managing an ENTERPRISE LEVEL service desk * ITIL qualifications and experience * Strong negotiation, problem solving and people management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADDRESS THE CRITERIA AS BEST YOU CAN!
