The Role
Working in an IT division of 11 in total you will be part of the Support team and be reporting to the Senior Systems Engineer. You will be responsible for the performance, security and maintenance of the IT infrastructure throughout Australia. The scope of the support includes desktop, server, network infrastructure, virtual environments and application support. The majority of support can be handled remotely or via the phone but there may be an element of travel involved when it comes to helping out on projects. Not only is this an administrative type position, you can provide valuable input into the engineering of the Infrastructure and gain exposure to challenging project work. The RequirementsEssential skills required: - Degree in IT or relevant industry experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Systems Administrator role
- Citrix XenApp/XenServer 5 or later
- Windows Server 2008 (R2 Preferably)
- Active Directory user management
- Exchange 2007
- Server, desktop, Thin Client (HP) support
- Systems Centre 2007
Desirables: - *Baseplan software experience*
- Fortinet solutions
- iPhone support
- Microsoft/Citrix certifications
