Titan Recruitment is a market leader in the provision of engineering, mining, and IT & T personnel and recruitment services to the engineering and resource industries.
We have an immediate requirement for an energetic individual to join our administrative and resourcing team that provides a support function to our consultants. As an integral and crucial part of the team your duties will include; - Assisting Consultants with everyday Recruitment tasks as required.
- Creation and formatting of resumes for submission to clients and employment contracts.
- Conducting extensive database searches.
- Writing Job Descriptions and sorting advertising responses.
- Reference checks.
- Candidate care and on going networking with existing placements.
- Working within our quality systems to ensure business processes are followed.
To carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position you will require the following skills and attributes; - A desire to learn both technical and resource industries.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- To take ownership of your role and be keen to improve your skills.
- Have good personal presentation.
- Have affective communications skills and ability to work in a strong team.
- Must be willing and able to work normal office hours in West Perth
