The primary objective of WorkPac's Business Centre network is to attract and retain a candidate pool suitable for placing in available positions with our coveted and ever-growing client base. With a focus on good leadership and sales management, the Business Centre Manager provides the drive and support necessary for their team to achieve the highest level of sales growth, client and candidate service, whilst improving the ratio of profitability to sales.
The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for a motivated, success driven individual to join our Industrial Melbourne team in the role of Business Centre Manager. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of staff comprising Business Development Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, Team Leaders, Business Centre Administration Manager and Receptionist.
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
Setting realistic, achievable stretch target budgets for operatives at the start of each financial year.
