To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate 2 years experience at a supervisory or management level within a restaurant or fast food environment. Your responsibilities as a restaurant manager will be to: - Ensure all customers are treated, with the appropriate warmth and hospitality, and that the levels of service are of the highest appropriate standards, and service staff are welcoming and cheerful to customers.
- Train and develop all front of house staff and being responsible for their performance.
- Sell the restaurant, and the food in a sophisticated manner so as to ensure that the unique features of the restaurant and the food is conveyed successfully
- Work alongside the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure the quality of the food and its delivery are to the highest standards.
- Cost controls, meeting and beating targets and budgets
- General maintenance security, cleanliness etc.
