We are looking for a passionate nurse, with a strong interest in clinical education, to join our L&D team. Reporting in to the L&D Manager you will have responsibility for the development and delivery of pivotal education projects. Assessing current need and future demand will allow you to construct training packages to assist us in reaching our targets. The role will include on site training and evaluations as well as considerable support to the facility managers. Ideally suited to this role you will be self motivated and disciplined, with good communication skills. Prior experience within aged care or facility based support would be highly regarded, as well as previous dealings with Allied Health teams.
