We are searching for an energetic nurse to lead our Community team. You will provide a high level of clinical support to our clients in a residential setting. Delivering innovative care that matches your client s specific needs, by understanding the relevant services available to you.

As the manager you will lead and motivate the care team. A high competence in clinical delivery and consistent communication is paramount to the success of this role.

You will work within our philosophy of care, garnering strong relationships within the community and your direct team. You will foster ambition and continuous development in your team.

Your role will be both community based with your team and has a strong administration focus, so computer literacy is a must.

You will have current registration with AHPRA, with prior aged care or community nursing desirable.
