PRINCIPLE ENVIRONMENT HEALTH OFFICER
THE SHIRE OF CHITTERING is looking for a PRINCIPLE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER The Shire of Chittering is seeking a highly motivated person with suitable qualifications and experience for the position of Environmental Health Officer. Chittering is situated amongst one of the most picturesque areas in the state offering a unique and diverse country lifestyle only one (1) hour from the Perth CBD. The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a small team, be computer literate and hold an appropriate Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Health) or equivalent acceptable to the Commissioner of Health WA for appointment to the position. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government Industry Award 2010. An attractive salary will be offered depending on qualifications and experience plus up to 15% superannuation. This position also includes the restricted private use of a fully maintained council vehicle.
