Site Manager / Supervisor Industrial project

Perth
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor for a $20M warehouse and distribution centre project. You’ll work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to ensure that the project stays on track their clients specifications are met accordingly. Good organisational and communication skills are key to this role it will need to run like clock work.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications and strong trades background
  • Good programming and site management
  • You must have worked on industrial projects
  • Solid portfolio of commercial and industrial developments

The role:

  • Effective and efficient programming
  • Delivering stages
  • Problem solving
  • Overseeing contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensuring best OHS practice
  • Maintaining paperwork and admin
