Our client is a global leader in the provision of consumer goods to the ANZ market within their specialist field. They are presently seeking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Analyst to assist with a wide range of improvement projects across the entire business.
The main duties and responsibilities can be summarised as follows;
- Provide analytical support to the C.I. team gathering insight into complex business problems to identify root causes.
- Provide governance support to C.I. project teams incorporating all stages of project life cycles.
- Liaise closely with project leads and relevant personnel to collate data for effective reporting.
- Take ownership of all communication activities to build awareness of six sigma and C.I.
- Drive C.I. thinking and practices across the business incorporating lean and six sigma processes.
The ideal candidate should posses the following skills and attributes;
- Degree in a business or commerce related discipline coupled with experience as a project administrator / junior analyst or process analyst.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with the experience to manage key stakeholders across a number of business units.
- Experience in change management and project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
