Our client is one of Australia's leading construction contractors and has undertaken some of Australia's most significant and prominent Building and Infrastructure projects. They have recently secured a number of large scale road projects in Central and North Qld and are now actively seeking a number of Dynamic and driven Foreman/Site Manager.
Opportunities
Our client is seeking experienced Foremen to join a highly-experienced and dynamic team in the following areas you will have road construction experience and understand Main Roads specification.
Ø Structures
Ø Drainage/Culverts
Ø Paving (Concrete)
Ø Earthworks
Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinating onsite construction activities including labour, plant resources and sub contract teams,
Ø Achieving a safe and successful completion of the project on schedule and to the specified quality
Ø Strong leadership and communication skills are held in high regard for this role
Ø Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office.
Ø Excellent understanding of OH&S, environment and quality to ensure compliance to project KPI's
Ø Proven and excellent safety record from previous Road projects
