At present, they currently require the services of a Site Manager who has previously worked on large scale office / warehouse developments within the Perth marketplace. Duties and Responsibilities: * Management and QA of on site sub-contractors. * Adhere to and enforce OHS policies. * Reporting on site issues to Senior Management team. * Communicate contractual issues - liaise with CA on daily and weekly basis. * Adhere to project schedule - troubleshoot problems as and when they may arise. Our client is looking for reputable Site Manager with prior experience within the Perth Metro area on similar projects. A good knowledge of local subcontractors is also essential to fulfil this role - no interstate or overseas candidates need apply.
