Construction company based in the West are looking for a Site administrator to assist the Project Managers and Site Engineers commencing immediately on a contract basis until the 16th March. Working from 7am to 4pm, Mon to Friday, this role is largely accounts focused and will require someone with extensive AP experience, preferable within a construction environment. Your roles and responsibilities will be; • Day to day general site administration • Compiling and logging timesheets and hours worked for onsite workers and project team • General accounts payable duties • Distribute and track claims and invoices to relevant Engineers and Foreman • Process subcontractor, consultant and supplier progress claims and invoices • Batch claims and invoices into System • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts and payroll information This is a fantastic, hands on position that will require you to roll your sleeves up and help out where required. You will have the assistance of an existing Site Administrator and the support from head office so you won't be left alone!
