We  are currently seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor for our client. The role is based in Perth Northern Suburbs. 

Applicants will have:

• Experience in development projects, preferably with an understanding of Western Australia's cadastral system
• Experience in producing and assessing cadastral survey plans suitable for registration
• An ability to deliver accurate, cost effective survey tasks through efficient time management
• A working knowledge of different forms of surveying and methodologies for a variety of survey disciplines (topographic, engineering, building set out, cadastral, estates, control surveys)
• Knowledge of Trimble, CivilCAD and AutoCAD is desired
• Competent user of total stations, data recorders and GPS equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail
• Work well within a team or independently when required.
• Engineering and cadastral surveys
