Bidding for building construction projects ranging from $1M to in excess of $100M will be responsible for: producing accurate BOQs pricing trades and tenders coordinating and assessing subcontractor price comparisons analysing designs for improvements and alternatives
To be successful in this role you will have: excellent measurement skills a good understanding of fixed price and D&C tenders good pricing skills including first principle methods if possible at least 5 years experience in a similar QS or Estimating role relevant tertiary qualification (s) first class oral and written communication skills
