Electrical HSE Coordinator/Manager - commercial constructions

One of Australia's most respected construction, manufacturing and engineering services companies with long established and expanding operations throughout Australia, has an excellent career vacancy for an experienced or developing safety coordinator/manager.

You will be reporting to the WA General Manager and have a vital role in the promotion of a strong safety and quality focused workplace environment and coordinate the administration, implementation and ongoing monitoring of industry leading HSE & QA practices.

This will include the conducting of staff training and safety inductions, on-site inspections and audit reporting, the coordination of workers compensation claims and rehabilitation programs, plus the ongoing enhancement of operational procedures and continuous improvement systems.

Electrical building services and commercial constructions experience is vital, along with relevant HSE qualifications or current studies. You will also require proactive and influential verbal/written communication skills to build strong, positive relationships and team rapport at all levels.
