Exciting, new opportunities exist in the Richmond head office for Customer Service Consultant to join a friendly and collaborative team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptionally high level of customer service and effectively handling queries in relation to product availability and pricing. You will also liaise with internal technical staff for product information and be responsible for accurate data entry into the system.
You possess the following experience and attributes:
Customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
The ability to work well in a team environment with a positive and supportive attitude
A high level of personal commitmen
