Our client, a leading health care organisation with huge expansion plans, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.

This will be a permanent full-time position, Monday - Friday.

Daily Duties:

Assist customers who come in for a hearing test.
Walk them through the process and assist with any queries where possible.
Conduct test and record results using the procedure outlined.
Book an appointment with Doctor if needed to further discuss hearing options and services available.
Recognise and capitalise on sales/business production opportunities.
Achieve corporate and individual goals.
Perform screening checks in an efficient and accurate manner.
Ensure corporate procedures are implemented for each screening client.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up.
Provide accurate customer service and high level administration support.
Obtain and maintain a knowledge of basic hearing aid technology, perform basic cleaning
functions and carry out minor repairs and maintenance.
Ensure all appointments are confirmed by telephone on the prior business day.
Perform Centre duties, including scheduling of future appointments, receipt of customer
payments, process OHS claims for payment, daily banking, data entry, file creation and
maintenance, process orders, stock control, filing and email.
Other duties as required.

Main skills required:


Basic computer knowledge including use of in-house software
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with fellow members and allied health professionals
Ability to provide a professional approach to clients
An empathy with senior citizens
An ability to accept responsibility and accountability
An ability to work with minimum of direct supervision
An ability to welcome and embrace change
An ability to be results focused

To be successful:


A strong administrator with great customer service skills.
Proactive and able to multi task.
Proven experience working with targets.
A can do attitude.
Previous experience within a similar role.


Ideally you will have previous customer services experience, both over the phone AND face to face. You will also be happy working to targets and will have some sales experience.

Full training provided and good prospects for the right candidate in the long term.
