This role will see you handling inbound customer service inquiries, and then talking to them about the different products and services they offer. This role will see you given the opportunity to work for an industry giant, with over 2 million Victorian members based conveniently in the South Eastern Suburbs. You will be taking calls from existing customers as well as new customers on a range of different issues. Providing them with a exceptional level of customer service, a "How can I help you" attitude is essential.
