With regional HR responsibilities, the successful appointee will build a capable team delivering leading edge, first class HR advisory services to geographically dispersed service groups.

You will have a strategic focus, superior technical HR knowledge, the ability to build strong business partnerships across operational verticals and well developed leadership competencies. You will also be adept at working at operational HR level, possess superior project management abilities, promote a client focussed service delivery orientation and have a proven track record in the delivery of outcome focussed people management services. Your abilities and experience should be supported by tertiary qualifications

You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package circa $180K inclusive of bonuses.
