Reporting to the Head of Advice, you will be responsible for delivering excellent financial planning solutions to clients as well as meeting agreed business targets.

Duties:

  • Obtain comprehensive needs and objectives analysis from clients seeking financial advice

  • Provide tailored financial advice to a wide range of clients by developing strategies and plans that exactly meet clients needs

  • Capability to complete plans individually to meet client needs and deadlines

  • Required to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with other personnel to allow for effective management of individual workflow and ability to achieve team objectives

  • Provide and communicate information and financial planning on all the organisations products to clients

  • Monthly reporting of practice performance (e.g. KPIs, budget forecasts, expenditure, retention rates)

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry legislation

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered

Qualifications required:

  • Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) or equivalent

  • RG 146 compliant

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred)

Experience required :

  • Significant experience as a Financial Advisor

  • Familiarity with operational aspects of a Financial Planning practice

  • Solid understanding of the Financial Planning Industry

  • Familiar with obligations imposed on Financial Services Licensees
