Vita Group is opening a new Telstra Store in the South Hedland Shopping centre and we are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administration Assistant to work Monday to Friday . You will never get bored with this role as we offer you plenty of job variety within a friendly supportive, energetic team environment. Your role will include supporting the Business Manager as well as the sales team, preparing reports, organising and maintaining stock levels , ensure policies and procedures are being maintained and performing end of day procedures.
To be a success in this role you will have administration experience in a retail environment and possess the following skills and attributes
- Ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all sales paperwork prior to processing
Performing daily till totals, daily batching of sales and end of day procedures
Archiving documentation and maintaining stock levels
actively ensuring all company assets are secure as per the company's security procedures, ie. cash, contracts, product and information etc
Answering incoming phone and providing a high level of customer service
responding to customer enquiries in a polite and courteous manner within the recommended timeframe
Preparing reports as required
ensuring that the store is maintained in line with Telstra VM and Fone Zone housekeeping procedures
Ability to work under pressure within a fast pace environment
