This role will see you manage and facilitate the cost effective and smooth operation of the production process by ensuring clear communication, close working relations and forward planning with the On-Air team, especially the Network Creative Director and Head of On-Air, producers and outside facility providers. This role has a proactive responsibility for planning and supporting budget preparation, management of cost controls, building budgets and seeking approval from the Head of On Air, and Network Creative Director. This role will manage the team from an operational perspective whilst the Head Of On-Air and Network Creative Director will provide the creative guidance and sign off. Key to the role is the fostering of a collaborative, positive production environment, an ability to mentor and develop operational staff and delegate efficiently, to ensure the efficient and economic management of a wide variety of projects. Key experience needed: - Proven TV production management experience a MUST

- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
