Our client is a highly specialised advertising and design company focused on designing and developing world class exhibitions. Due to significant growth, they are currently looking for an experienced Account Co-ordinator to join their Exhibitions team. The main function of this pivotal role is to provide full administration support to the account executives and production teams to service client needs and meet project deadlines. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills: - Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to think on your feet and manage pressure
- Excellent time management
- Ability to juggle many tasks once
- Experience in document control
- Skilled to perform spreadsheet, database and scheduling tasks
The successful candidate will ideally be from an events or exhibitions background or suit someone looking to expand from an advertising or printing account service role.
