One of Australia's leading diversified property groups based in the Outer Northern Suburbs are looking for a Receptionist to commence with the business Friday the 10th of February 2012 for a temporary assignment with the view of permanency.
The primary focus of the role will include being the first point of contact for the office, answering the busy switchboard and transferring phone calls to all internal staff throughout Australia as well as in the office. In addition you will be required to have meeting rooms available for customers to speak to a sales consultant as well as taking ownership of the Calendar Meeting Room Booking System which is done via Outlook. Other general adhoc duties will be involved in the role and you will be required to process incoming and outgoing mail and help direct couriers.
To be successful in this role you will need to of had previous Reception experience and have an intermediate understanding of Word and Excel and have used Outlook before. You must have good presentation and communication skills at all times and have a bubbly & outgoing personality and be a great team player with a strong work ethic.
Due to the role being based in the Outer Northern Suburbs, you would need a car to travel to the client as it is hard to get to via public transport. There is free parking onsite and a caf situated on site as well. The hours of the role will be 8.30am to 5pm and the hourly pay rate is $23.98 per hour.
