The Company

Our client is the world's leading provider of environmental, health and safety, risk and social consulting services. Employing more than 3500 professionals globally with 145 offices spanning more than 40 countries. They offer a range of compliance assurance, site investigation and remediation, impact assessment planning and corporate advisory services, due to an increase in demand; they are now looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their Perth team.

About the Role

The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the office and managing and developing a team of 4 support staff. You will be the primary go-to person within the Perth office and provide executive assistance to the local Managing Partner.

Your Experience

  • To be successful in this high profile role you will have at least 10 years previous experience:
  • Experience managing administrative functions, preferably in a service based organization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential including Advanced Word, Excel and intermediate PowerPoint, Lotus notes (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven ability to demonstrate commercial acumen when dealing with internal and external clients
  • Proven ability to prioritise activities and develop practical efficiencies
  • Excellent people skills, with a proven ability to motivate, lead and develop your team and foster good working relationships with all staff
  • High familiarity and comfort level in dealing with basic financial considerations
  • The desire to work as part of a busy team
  • Follow company guidelines
