Now, let’s get you started!

Stage 1:
  1. The first step in the process is the creation of your Wjobs user account, which we will create and email your user and login details to you. Please note that this is separate to “The West Australian” account for invoicing if required.
  2. If you will be loading job ads manually, this function will be made available to you once your account is created.
  3. If you currently use an autoloader we liaise with your Application Tracking System (ATS) or Multiposter (MPS) provider to make the integration seamless.
  4. Your provider will let you know how long the integration will take to set up. The option to post your job ads through your provider will then be made available to you.


If you use an ATS/MPS, please provide us with the following information:
  1. Name of ATS/MPS
  2. Contact details of ATS/MPS
  3. An authorization email from you allowing us to talk to them on your behalf to get you integrated
  4. Your internal contact regarding any queries


Job Ad Template:
  1. If you require a job template you will need to provide us with the artwork, logo and design files. It will take around 2-3 days to create your branded template (please note that charges may apply).
